Terms of use

These terms cover heuresia.com and its subdomains (the site), run by Heuresia, Warsaw, Poland. They apply to everyone who uses the site. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site.

Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these terms.

The site describes Heuresia, our work and our plans. It is information, not advice. Nothing on it is medical, scientific, regulatory, legal or investment advice, and nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities.

Statements about our roadmap, results and plans are forward-looking. They may change or not happen. Our models and any outputs described here are research tools: they are not a medical device and do not replace laboratory testing or professional judgement.

Everything on the site, including text, images, logos, the HEURESIA name and mark, design and code, belongs to Heuresia or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws.

You may view the site and print or save pages for your own non-commercial reference. Any other use, including reproduction, redistribution or use of our marks, needs our written permission.

Do not:

• Use the site in a way that breaks any law, or that damages, overloads or interferes with it.
• Scrape, crawl or bulk-download content, or use it to train models, without our written permission.
• Try to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers or connected systems.
• Misuse the contact or application forms: no spam, no false identities, no harmful content.

We may block access for anyone who does.

When you send us something through the site, such as a message, an application or a link, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We use it to respond to you and for the purposes set out in our privacy policy.

If you send us ideas or suggestions unasked, we are free to use them without obligation or payment, and we are not bound to keep them confidential unless we agree so in writing.

The site links to services we do not control, such as LinkedIn and X. Their terms and privacy policies apply there. A link is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content.

The site is provided as is and as available. We work to keep it accurate and running, but we do not promise that it will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure or up to date, and we may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.

To the extent the law allows, Heuresia is not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or anything on it, including indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Polish law, including liability for wilful misconduct or the mandatory rights of consumers.

We may update these terms. The date at the top is the date of the current version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes go to the courts with jurisdiction over our registered seat in Warsaw. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not remove the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, or your right to bring a claim there.
